Where Can I Find the QR Code?
Most AVA Stitch kits include a QR code inside the kit, usually in the information / key section.
You can scan this QR code with your mobile phone or any other device that supports QR scanning. After scanning it, you will be taken directly to the digital chart page for the kit you purchased.
On this page, you will see the digital product linked to your model. The displayed price may be €10 or a slightly different amount depending on your country and the VAT rate applied there.
How to Download the Digital Chart as a Paid Product
If you would like to purchase the digital chart directly, the process is very simple.
Add the digital product to your cart, complete the order as usual, and make sure you enter the correct email address. After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email with the download link for the available digital files.

How to Request the Digital Chart for Free
If you have purchased an original AVA Stitch kit, you can request a discount code to download the digital chart free of charge.

Click on the green button and ask us for a discount code for the free digital chart download.
For verification, please send us a clear photo of your original AVA Stitch kit. Ideally, the photo should also include the date of your request. This simple verification helps us protect the work of our designers, the quality of the AVA Stitch brand, and the copyright of our designs.
After verification, we will send you a discount code that you can apply at checkout. Once applied, the price of the digital chart will become €0, and you will be able to complete the order free of charge.
How Long Does It Take to Receive the Code?
We usually reply very quickly. In most cases, the discount code is sent within approximately 10–20 minutes during our working hours.
Once you receive the code, apply it in your cart, complete the order, and you will receive the download link by email.
