Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are unused, in their original condition and packaging.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have 14 business days from the date of receipt to withdraw from their purchase.

3. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, fully packaged and unused.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Non-Conforming Items

If a product is defective or not as described, the customer must notify us within 14 days of discovering the issue.

6. Warranty

Warranties apply depending on the type of product and any inherent limitations.

7. Order Validity

Once an order is placed, it holds contractual validity, and the customer commits to accepting delivery.

8. Purchase Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict future purchases from customers who refuse cash-on-delivery (COD) orders or are uncontactable for delivery.

9. Failed Delivery Returns

If a return occurs due to delivery failure or inability to contact the customer, we will refund the product cost minus return shipping fees.

10. Discounts & Promotions

Discounts or promotional offers cannot be retroactively applied to already placed, shipped, or prepared orders.

11. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-order items (including personalized threads, charts, or publications) cannot be returned.

12. Buyer-Attributable Returns

If a return occurs due to the buyer’s error (such as providing an incorrect address or failing to pick up the package), the customer will incur additional shipping fees for redelivery.

13. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery notifications (via SMS and email) and ensuring successful receipt of their order.

14. Additional Reshipment Fees

If a new shipment is required, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.
