  • European Union: 5–10 business days

  • International (outside EU): 10–20 business days

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the package.

• Free shipping may be available during specific promotions or when reaching a minimum purchase amount (if applicable).

4. Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

5. Delivery Responsibility

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

• AVA Stitch Shop is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or non-collection, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipment.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For orders outside the European Union, additional customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• AVA Stitch Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
