Warranty Coverage:
AVA guarantees that, by following the included recommendations and without making any changes to the provided fabric, the customer will not run out of threads before completing the design according to the provided chart.
In the unlikely event that any of the thread colors run out before finishing the embroidery, AVA commits to sending the
necessary threads at no additional cost to the customer or, alternatively, will provide the specific color number for replacement.
Exclusions:
Due to copyright, AVA does not include the thread numbering in its kits.
This warranty does not cover damages or losses resulting from modifications, misuse, improper storage, or neglect on the part of the user.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear or accidental damage.

To make a warranty claim, please contact AVA at info@avastitch.com with the product’s serial number, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase.
